SCOPE OF WORK

Collection from worldwide origins and transport to Geelong, Victoria for over 45,000 cbm of cargo, including pipes and oversized modular units. TGPs scope included international freight, local transport, and Quarantine & Customs Consultancy for Australian customs clearances.

Notably, three columns and reactors, including a 48 m x 3.5 m x 4 m splitter weighing 135 mt, were transported from Gijon, Spain to Sattahip, Thailand as part of the scope of work for subsequent onward shipment to Australia.

To manage these high cargo volumes from Thailand to Australia, TGP mobilised personnel to the Project Control Tower in Thailand to enhance communication.

TGP finalised a customs duty mitigation plan, which ultimately saw the project pay only 7.32% of the expected AUD 4.40 m duty exposure.
