Trans Global Projects managed the logistics for a large‑scale accommodation unit programme, supporting the delivery of prefabricated units to a remote project location. The scope covered the coordinated transport of modular units and associated materials, requiring detailed planning, sequencing and interface management to support phased installation on site. SCOPE OF WORK
The scope involved services related to the transport, handling, and storage of cargo, and other logistics services in connection with the project, including the movement of 372 modular buildings, via six full charter vessels from Phu My, Vietnam to the project site in Karratha, Australia.
TGP was able to obtain permission from the governmental authority Main Roads Western Australia to allow oversize night movements, allowing quicker discharge of the vessels.
