Trans Global Projects supported construction and re‑supply operations at Palmer Station, Antarctica, one of the most remote and tightly controlled logistics environments in the world.

The work required careful planning, strict biosecurity compliance and reliable execution under extreme weather and access constraints.

SCOPE OF WORK

TGP delivered the Palmer Station Pier Replacement Project (2021), which included the purchase, bagging, biosecurity and transport of 2,180 mt of gravel.​

And TGP performed the Palmer Station Commercial Re-Supply Project (2023), which included a full-charter ice-class, Polar-coded vessel to transport fuel, provisions, gravel and personnel to the research station and a return voyage.

For one of the world’s  most remote construction sites, TGP was required to ensure a seamless and flawless delivery under extreme conditions.
